പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോയ വാക്കുകള്‍.
പടുത്തുയര്‍ത്ത്തിയതെല്ലാം -
സ്നേഹം, കലഹം, നേട്ടം, നഷ്ടം -
വാക്കിനെ മുന്‍ നിര്‍ത്തിയായിരുന്നു.
മരണക്കിടക്കയില്‍ മാനം നോക്കി
കിടക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് മനസ്സിലായത്‌,
ശിഖണ്ടിയെ മുന്‍നിര്‍ത്തിയായിരുന്നു
യുദ്ധമെന്ന്.
ഉച്ചരിക്കപ്പെടാതെ പോയ
വാക്കുകളായിരുന്നു നിര്‍ണായകമായതെന്ന്.

hey, this is really good! the word, how it substitutes the real to symbols and how the symbols ultimately become the all and everything... quite a lot of Krishnamurti in this, my favourite writer (how can I call him a mere writer, i don't know.).
